Refunds and Withdrawals

1. No discounts or refunds are made for absences.

2. Any student who voluntarily withdraws from the college from the start of regular classes may be given a refund of the portion of fees paid except miscellaneous fees under the following conditions.

a. eighty percent (80%) of the amount paid when she withdraws within the first week after the start of the regular classes, whether he/she attended classes or not;

b. fifty percent (50%) of the amount paid when she withdraws within the second, third, fourth week after registration, whether she attended classes or not;

c. no refund will be made thirty days after start of regular classes.
